Bananas In Rum

Instructions
- Boil the water, sugars and fruit until the syrup will glaze on a spoon.
- Add the extract.
- Slice the bananas and saute them in butter. Gently fold the bananas into the syrup.
- Divide the fruit mix and syrup between 6 dessert cups. Sprinkle a teaspoon of rum over each serving.
- This is best served hot.
