- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Grease a baking sheet.
- Put oats, flour and salt into a mixing bowl and stir with a fork to blend.
- Cut in margarine and cinnamon.
- Rub mix together until coarse bits form. Stir in the water and mix.
- Gather the dough and place on lightly floured board.
- Knead about 6 times.
- Divide the dough in half and pat each half into a circle about 1/4-inch thick.
- Cut each circle into pie shaped wedges.
- Place wedges on greased cookie sheet 1/2-inch apart.
- Bake about 20 minutes or until lightly colored.
