Ingredients

  • 3 cucumbers, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 1 sweet onion, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Place sliced cucumber and onions in a large bowl.
  2. Combine sugar, vinegar, dry mustard, turmeric, celery salt, curry powder and salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir to dissolve sugar. Pour over cucumber and onion and chill.
