Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 lb. Boston butt
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Cover the Boston butt with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the seasoned Boston butt in a crock-pot with chopped onion.
  3. Cook on low for about 3 hours or until it falls apart with a fork.
  4. Drain well and shred the meat.
  5. Add barbecue sauce to the shredded meat.
  6. Reheat and serve on buns.
