Ingredients

  • 2 lb. deer meat
  • 1 jar Kraft barbecue sauce
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • lemon pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place deer meat in a casserole dish and cover with water.
  2. Add vinegar, salt, pepper, and lemon pepper to the dish.
  3. Cook in a 350°F oven for 4 hours until the meat is very tender.
  4. Drain the meat and add barbecue sauce.
  5. Serve over rice or as a sandwich.
