Ingredients

  • 2 lb. round steak, sliced thin
  • 3 Tbsp. whole sesame seed
  • 2 Tbsp. sherry
  • 4 stalks green onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/3 c. water
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tsp. Accent

Instructions

  1. Roast sesame seeds in a frying pan until brown.
  2. Remove from heat and crush the toasted sesame seeds.
  3. Mix crushed sesame seeds, sherry, chopped green onions, soy sauce, sugar, water, crushed garlic, and Accent in a bowl.
  4. Add sliced meat to the marinade and let stand for 1 hour or more.
  5. Put the marinated meat on the grill and cook until done.
