Ingredients

  • 1 (5 to 6 lb.) Boston Butt pork roast
  • 2 bottles Kraft original barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Wash and place the pork roast in a large roasting pan.
  2. Pour 2 bottles of Kraft original barbecue sauce over the meat.
  3. Cover with foil and bake at 300°F for 6 hours, basting often.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  5. Pull apart the meat with forks and put it back in the sauce.
  6. Simmer on the stove to reduce the liquid and intensify the flavor.
  7. Serve as is or with rolls for sandwiches.
