Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • small jar Ragu

Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese evenly in a quiche or pie pan.
  2. Brown the hamburger in a skillet until fully cooked.
  3. Add Ragu sauce to the cooked hamburger and stir to combine.
  4. Layer the meat mixture over the cream cheese in the pan.
  5. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese over the top of the layered ingredients.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Serve hot with bread sticks for dipping.
