- Form 3 hamburger patties and set aside. Cut up vegetables, including bell pepper and onion.
- Saute vegetables with white pepper, salt, and a dash of Heinz 57 or Worcestershire sauce for 5 minutes.
- Place patties in a pan with vegetables on medium heat, cover, and cook.
- Stir and flip the patties periodically.
- Pour off excess fat, then remove the cover after 20 minutes and cook until meat is browned thoroughly.
- Pour in Heinz brown gravy, stir, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cook small noodles according to package instructions.
- Serve the steak mixture over the cooked noodles.
