Barbecued Pork Strips

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained
  • 3 lbs lean pork, cut into strips, browned and drained well

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except pork strips in crock pot and stir well.
  2. Add pork and stir to coat.
  3. Cook on LOW, covered, for 8-10 hours.
