Basic Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (use a good quality well aged Balsamic for this vinaigrette)
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup lite olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 pinch cayenne
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together, mix well.
  2. This will keep well in the fridge for at least a week.
