Basic Banana Pudding

Instructions
- Mix egg yolks, milk, 1 1/2 cups sugar and flour.
- Cook in double boiler until medium thick.
- Let cool.
- Layer wafers and bananas in large Pyrex dish.
- Pour milk mixture over.
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Add remaining sugar and flavoring.
- Spread over pudding.
- Brown in 350° oven until golden brown.
- Yields 10 servings.
