Basic Blender Crepes

- Add all ingredients to blender jar.
- Cover and process at stir speed until blended, 20 to 25 seconds.
- Scrape down flour on sides of jar; blend 5 seconds more.
- Heat a 7-inch lightly-greased skillet over medium-high heat until water drops dance when sprinkled on it.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of batter into the skillet.
- Quickly tilt the skillet to cover the bottom with batter.
- Pour off any extra batter back into the blender jar.
- Cook until the first side is browned about 30 seconds, then turn to brown the second side.
- Stack crepes with wax paper between every 4 crepes.
- Place in a plastic bag until ready to fill.
- These crepes can be refrigerated or frozen.
