Basic Fried Turtle Strips

Ingredients

  • 1 turtle (per person)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • flour

Instructions

  1. Mix beaten egg and milk.
  2. Salt and pepper turtle cubes.
  3. Dip into mixture, then roll in flour.
  4. Place in hot oil and cook until golden brown, turning once.
