Ingredients

  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 to 3 Tbsp. dried herbs or 2 to 6 Tbsp. fresh herbs
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • salt (optional)
  • white pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened butter, herbs, lemon juice, salt (if using), and white pepper in a bowl.
  2. Mix until the mixture is fluffy and well blended.
  3. Transfer the herb butter to a container and refrigerate for at least one hour to develop flavor.
