Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 2 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 tsp. dried Italian herb blend

Instructions

  1. Combine garlic, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, vegetable oil, olive oil, and dried Italian herb blend in a blender.
  2. Let the mixture stand at room temperature for several hours to mellow the flavors.
  3. Store the vinaigrette covered in the refrigerator, and return to room temperature before using.
  4. Use this herb vinaigrette in Pasta Salad A La Greque.
