Basic Microwave Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. cocoa

Instructions

  1. Beat the first 4 ingredients until fluffy.
  2. Add butter and beat until blended.
  3. Mix in flour and cocoa.
  4. Stir in nuts. Spread evenly in 8-inch microwave dish.
  5. Cook on High 6 to 7 minutes.
  6. When done, top looks dry and will spring back when lightly touched.
  7. Cool.
