Ingredients

  • 2 lb. fish fillets
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Combine salt and milk in a shallow dish.
  2. Dip fish fillets in the milk mixture, then roll in dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs.
  3. Place the coated fish portions in a well-greased baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.
  4. Bake in a preheated 500°F oven on the top shelf for 10 to 12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
