- Clean the scallops and set aside.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan.
- Add the scallops seasoned with salt, crushed garlic, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of paprika to the pan.
- Saute on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes until browned.
- Remove the scallops to a plate and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining butter, 1 tablespoon of paprika, lemon juice, and parsley.
- Simmer and stir for 2 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the scallops and serve.
