Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb. scallops
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Clean the scallops and set aside.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan.
  3. Add the scallops seasoned with salt, crushed garlic, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of paprika to the pan.
  4. Saute on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes until browned.
  5. Remove the scallops to a plate and set aside.
  6. In the same pan, add the remaining butter, 1 tablespoon of paprika, lemon juice, and parsley.
  7. Simmer and stir for 2 minutes.
  8. Pour the sauce over the scallops and serve.
