Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Put flour and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and in it put the eggs and oil.
  3. Mix together with your fingers.
  4. Knead the dough until smooth, adding more flour or a few drops of water as necessary.
  5. Dough may also be made using a mixer with a dough hook or in a food processor.
