Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup salad oil

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water; add sugar, salt, and beaten egg.
  2. Add oil and half the flour; beat until smooth.
  3. Add remaining flour and mix well.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  5. Fill muffin pans to half full with the dough.
  6. Let the rolls rise until almost double in size.
  7. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.
