Instructions
- Remove crusts.
- Butter each slice, place six slices of bread, butter side down in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Cover with cheese slices. Repeat layers.
- Put grated cheese on top.
- Pour milk and egg mixture over all.
- Refrigerate four hours or overnight.
- Bake 1 hour at 350° and let stand 20 minutes before serving.
- Makes 15 servings.
