Basic Turkey Burger Plus Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Turkey -- grnd
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. Bread crumbs -- seasoned
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 c. Onions -- finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except burger buns.
  2. Shape meat mix into four patties, 1/2-inch thick.
  3. Broil or possibly grill burgers about 6 inches from heat, for 3 to 4 min per side.
