Ingredients

  • 2 c. diced apples
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp. light cream

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle diced apples with lemon juice to keep their color bright.
  2. Combine apples, chopped celery, and walnuts in a bowl.
  3. Blend mayonnaise and light cream until smooth.
  4. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the apple mixture and toss well.
  5. Chill thoroughly before serving on crisp lettuce leaves.
