Ingredients

  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • fresh pepper to taste
  • 10 ounces frozen tiny peas

Instructions

  1. Cook basmati rice with dried basil in a rice cooker until done.
  2. While the rice is hot, add frozen peas, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir very well until the frozen peas are warmed through.
