Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Make batter by beating flour, eggs, salt, and milk until smooth.
  2. Pour the batter into a squeeze bottle such as a mustard or ketchup bottle.
  3. Squeeze the batter into hot grease in a circular motion to form curls.
  4. Fry until lightly brown and crisp.
  5. Drain well on paper towels.
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or confectioners' sugar.
  7. Serve for breakfast with syrup and butter if desired.
