Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together: flour, oatmeal, coconut, Rice Krispies, baking soda, and cream of tartar.
  2. Cream margarine, sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and egg until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter chips last.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 325°F for approximately 12 to 14 minutes until golden brown.
