Instructions
- Line the bottom of a baking dish with bacon slices.
- Drain the sauerkraut and spread it over the bacon in the dish.
- Lay the boneless pork chops over the sauerkraut.
- Peel and slice the potatoes and layer them over the pork chops.
- Slice the onions into rings and distribute over the potatoes.
- Pour the can of tomato wedges (with juice) on top of the casserole.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake at 350°F for at least 2 hours. Cover with foil during the first hour if desired.
