Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup navy beans, cooked
  • 4 medium potatoes, quartered
  • 2 medium carrots, scraped and cut in coin size
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 roll Eckrich smoked sausage, cut in bite-sized pieces

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except sausage and simmer on low heat until carrots and potatoes are tender.
  2. Add sausage last and heat thoroughly.
