Ingredients

  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 to 1 c. pasteurized processed cheese, cubed
  • 1 (1 lb.) can green beans (2 c.), drained
  • 1 stick margarine
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients; place in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  2. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes, or until it begins to bubble and brown at the edges.
  3. This dish can be made ahead and refrigerated, but add about 15 minutes baking time.
  4. Great for covered dish dinners as it holds its heat and may be rewarmed.
