Ingredients

  • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt together the unsweetened chocolate and butter.
  2. Beat together the eggs, flour, sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and blend thoroughly.
  4. Drop teaspoons of the batter onto a hot waffle iron.
  5. Bake for one minute or until cooked through.
  6. Allow the cookies to cool completely.
