Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. shrimp, peeled
  • 1 ear corn per person
  • 1 to 2 pkg. kielbasa sausage
  • crab boil

Instructions

  1. While a large pot of water is coming to a boil, break ears of corn in half and cut kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Add crab boil and corn to the boiling water.
  3. Cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Add kielbasa and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp and cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until pink.
  6. Drain and serve on a large platter.
  7. Serve with cocktail sauce and honey mustard for the kielbasa.
