Beaufort Bog
A flavorful seafood boil featuring shrimp, corn, and kielbasa, seasoned with crab boil, perfect for feeding a crowd with bold, savory flavors and easy preparation.
Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lb. shrimp, peeled
- 1 ear corn per person ⓘ
- 1 to 2 pkg. kielbasa sausage
- crab boil
Instructions
- While a large pot of water is coming to a boil, break ears of corn in half and cut kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
- Add crab boil and corn to the boiling water.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Add kielbasa and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until pink.
- Drain and serve on a large platter.
- Serve with cocktail sauce and honey mustard for the kielbasa.
