Ingredients

  • 1 box pineapple cake mix
  • 1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 can large crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Bake the cake according to the package directions and allow it to cool.
  2. Split the cooled cake into four layers by cutting it horizontally in half twice.
  3. Mix the drained crushed pineapple, Cool Whip, and sugar until well combined.
  4. Spread the pineapple mixture between the cake layers, on the sides, and on top of the assembled cake.
  5. Refrigerate the cake until ready to serve.
