Instructions
- Drain salmon.
- Remove skin and bones.
- Flake salmon into mixing bowl.
- Add milk, eggs, onion, salt, black pepper, paprika and crushed crackers.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Pat out into 6 to 7 patties or "tee pees."
- Roll lightly in cornmeal to coat.
- Place on plate and refrigerate 30 minutes or longer, covered with plastic wrap.
