Beef And Cabbage Rolls

Instructions
- Combine meats, salt, pepper, onion and rice and shape into rolls.
- Remove the core from cabbage; place cabbage in 1 quart water in saucepan and steam until leaves begin to wilt.
- Separate cabbage leaves and wrap meat rolls in a cabbage leaf.
- Secure with toothpicks and place in a casserole dish.
- Combine tomato sauce, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and pour over cabbage rolls. Cover casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until the rice is done.
- Makes 10 servings.
