Ingredients

  • 3 lb. stew meat
  • green pepper (optional)
  • onion salt
  • garlic salt
  • 1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Flour the stew meat and sprinkle with onion salt and garlic salt.
  2. Brown the meat in a skillet with green pepper.
  3. Put the browned meat and green pepper into a crock-pot.
  4. In the skillet with remaining grease, make a little gravy.
  5. Add the cream of mushroom soups to the gravy and bring it to a boil.
  6. Pour the gravy over the meat in the crock-pot.
  7. Cook until the meat is tender.
  8. Serve over rice or buttered noodles.
