Ingredients

  • 2 lb. lean beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 3/4 c. cooking sherry
  • 2 jars whole mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Bake at 300° for 4 hours, or bake at 325° for 3 hours.
  2. Also good in crock-pot.
  3. Serve hot over hot noodles or rice.
