Ingredients

  • 1 head chopped lettuce
  • 1 can drained Ranch Style beans
  • 1 to 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 small can chopped black olives
  • 1 medium red onion chopped
  • 1 bag Fritos crushed
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
  • Catalina dressing
  • 1 avocado (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toss all ingredients except Fritos and dressing in a large bowl.
  2. Add Fritos and Catalina dressing to each salad just before serving to keep them crispy.
