- Mix beef, sauce, wine and soup mix in a 3-quart microwavable casserole.
- Cover tightly and microwave on High (100%) for 15 minutes.
- Stir.
- Cover and microwave on Medium-low (30%), stirring every 30 minutes until tender, about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Spoon this sauce over hot spaghetti.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
