Beef And Wine Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. stew beef, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 c. dry red wine
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 8 c. hot cooked spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Mix beef, sauce, wine and soup mix in a 3-quart microwavable casserole.
  2. Cover tightly and microwave on High (100%) for 15 minutes.
  3. Stir.
  4. Cover and microwave on Medium-low (30%), stirring every 30 minutes until tender, about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Spoon this sauce over hot spaghetti.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
