Beef Brisket In Wine

- Salt, pepper, and coat the brisket with flour.
- Brown the coated brisket in a skillet using 1 cup of Italian Salad Dressing.
- Remove the browned brisket from the skillet.
- In a 9x13-inch baking pan, mix the onion gravy mix, mushroom gravy mix, and 2 cups of burgundy wine.
- Place the brisket into the gravy mixture in the pan.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake at 220°F (104°C) for about 4 hours or until very tender.
- If necessary, add more wine during cooking.
- About one hour before the brisket is finished, slice the onion thinly and place on top of the brisket.
- Return to the oven and cook for the last hour.
