Ingredients

  • 6 oz. liquid smoke
  • celery salt
  • onion salt
  • garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Night before, pour liquid smoke over the meat.
  2. Sprinkle celery salt, onion salt, and garlic salt over the meat.
  3. Cover with foil, ensuring the foil does not touch the meat.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to cook.
