Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cans Ortega green chilies
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1 medium clove minced garlic
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. coriander
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Brown beef in skillet.
  2. Drain and stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
  4. Makes filling for 12 shells.
