Instructions
- Heat deep frypan and
- add oil.
- Add meat and brown well. Sprinkle with garlic, if desired.
- Add onion, cabbage and bell pepper. Stir.
- Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, Accent and water.
- Stir well. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes.
- Serve over rice or potatoes.
- You may add soy sauce if desired.
