Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 steaks, thin sliced (sirloin, New York strip, etc.)
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 pkg. brown gravy mix
  • 2 pkg. mushroom gravy mix
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Instructions

  1. Cut the steaks into 2 to 3-inch strips.
  2. Brown the beef strips in a covered skillet until done.
  3. Add chopped onion to the skillet.
  4. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add garlic salt and lemon pepper to the mixture.
  6. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  7. Add the gravy mixes as directed on their packages.
  8. Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes.
  9. Mix flour with water to make a paste and add to the gravy to thicken.
  10. Simmer until the desired consistency is reached.
  11. Serve over rice or noodles.
