Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  2. Mix ground beef, Velveeta cheese, Ro-Tel, chili powder, and garlic powder in a crock-pot or double boiler.
  3. Cook until cheese is melted and ingredients are well combined.
