Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons bacon drippings
  • 1 large onions chopped
  • 3 cups venison roast, cooked, chopped
  • 2 medium potatoes cut in 16 pieces
  • 2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 3 cups beef stock
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Brown onion and potatoes in bacon fat.
  2. Add flour and brown.
  3. Add broth and other ingredients.
  4. Let simmer until tender.
