Beef Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 c. cooked squash
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 4 c. cooked rice
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Cook squash and onion together; drain.
  2. Cook ground beef; drain off grease.
  3. Mix together, then add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Top with bread crumbs.
  5. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
