Ingredients

  • 2 round steaks, cut into chunks
  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • small amount of oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan or pot and brown the beef chunks.
  2. Add chopped onions; cook for a few minutes until translucent.
  3. Add diced bell peppers, chopped tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and garlic powder; stir well.
  4. Pour in enough water to cover the meat and vegetables.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until the meat is tender.
