Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, lemon juice and pepper and pour over beef slices; mix well.
- Marinate several hours.
- Saut onion in hot oil until transparent.
- Transfer to platter.
- Pan-fry beef slices a few at a time until brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with sauted onion.
