  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke

Instructions

  1. Mix ground chuck, water, black pepper, garlic salt, Morton Tender Quick, and liquid smoke well.
  2. Divide the mixture into two and form into rolls.
  3. Chill the rolls overnight.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
